Kent State University FLY-IN

November 1st, 2008

Light Jets from across the US gather November 1st at KSU airport for a fly-in sponsored by Rocky Mountain Sport Jets, a full service very light jet (vlj) management company based in the Cleveland-Akron Ohio area. KSU flight students earned money for their flight program by washing jets and were able to network with pilots from around the country. Rocky Mountain has recently surpassed it’s first one thousand hours of trouble free operation with its fleet of five Eclipse 500 jets.
“Getting the first two years under our belt was a giant step for us, as well as Eclipse” Said Steve Cirino, Eclipse Mentor who has over 800 hours in the aircraft and is president of Rocky Mountain Sport Jets.
“The aircraft is a pleasure to fly, whether the mission is business or pleasure “.  I tell my clients” there is a paradigm shift of sorts when their customers see them arriving in the Eclipse 500”.
It’s a sign of Progressive thinking that goes a long way in corporate aviation.
The Eclipse 500 is the first of the family of small personal jet designs emerging in general aviation.
